CrossFit SAC 6 Week Challenge
This is not the 6 Week Challenge you may have seen offered by other gyms. Our goal is not to flood our facility with 30, 40 or more people. Instead, we want to help you, yes you, to get the most out of the next six weeks.
During this challenge, you will start with five 1-on-1 sessions with a coach to get familiar with the movements in class.

Four weekly follow-up meetings with your coach once you are in classes.
Nutrition coaching – 1 hour consultation and customized recommendations.
Nutrition accountability – Weekly follow up meetings to discuss your nutrition plan.
