Today’s workout is another of the Age Group Online Qualifiers for this year.
We’ll be scoring it twice. Since it begins with Isabel (a classic CrossFit benchmark) we want you all to note your time to completion of the snatches AND your total time to complete the workout (including the 30 handstand push ups).
