Intro to Olympic Weightlifting starts Monday!
This 3-week, 6 session course will help to improve your technique. Whether you have been doing CrossFit for years, or are new to Olympic weightlifting, everyone can benefit from a review of the fundamentals. Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 pm. $45 for the course.
