This week marks the final week of PR Month, but that doesn’t mean we will stop repeating benchmarks or celebrating your accomplishments. Remember, fitness is a journey comprised of hundreds and, eventually, thousands of workouts. If you zoom in too closely at one specific time period or workout, you might not notice the overall trend of improvement.
