And so it begins! All this month we will be revisiting WODs from the last two years and beyond for PR Month! PR Month isn’t just about getting a better score but pushing yourself in some capacity. They all won’t red numbers this month, but they will be opportunities to measure your progress! To get in to the spirit, we are dusting off some old pictures and videos. Here is one of the first times we did Helen at CrossFit SAC. Though the gym has certainly changed, some of the faces are still the same! 


We are also switching over to Beyond the Whiteboard starting today. WODs will not be posted to SugarWOD, but you will have access to SugarWOD and all your data until August 22nd. Remember to export your WOD data before the 22nd. If you need help, ask a coach!
