Propper and efficient rowing technique is a skill many people take for granted, second only to running. Yes, you can sit down and yank on the handle as hard as possible, and you will accumulate meters or calories. If you have a strong enough metabolic engine, you might even do it fast enough to beat other athletes, but you are wasting a lot of energy that could be put to better use, like rest of your workout. 

If you are interested in improving your rowing technique, we are hosting a Free Rowing Clinic for our members on Tuesday, June 26th at 5 pm.
