It’s important to approach the workouts with a practice mindset, meaning that the warm-up and workout are you opportunity to practice your technique and discover your limits. The workout isn’t intended for you to discover your limits, where technique falls apart, and then to stay there and reinforce poor quality of movement. As you go into today’s workout, keep that in mind. We don’t split jerk often, so take advantage of getting comfortable with this movement, not just getting weight overhead at any cost.
