100ft OH Walking lunges (45/35)
25 Burpees

Craig started with us about 6 month’s ago. Soon after starting he was diagnosed with arthritis in his hips. Craig didn’t give up on training, worked with the coaches, who helped him develop a training plan, and has seen tremendous results! We can’t wait to see what the next 6 months will bring!
