Are You Ready to Commit?

Commitment Club starts June 1st! What is Commitment Club you ask? It is a way for you to hold yourself accountable to attending class consistently for the next 3 months– and it’s FREE! All you have to do is log into SugarWOD and check the box under the WOD segment titled “Commitment Club.”

Are there any Rules? The only rule is that in order to stay in the Club, you have to attend at least 3 classes a week. If you are out of town, you can log a hotel or drop-in WOD and still get credit. More than anything, we want you to build the routine of coming to class or working out at least three times a week. 

We will keep track of your Commitment Club check-ins and might even highlight people from time-to-time.
