30 squats
20 handstand push-ups
10 deadlifts, 225 lb.

Feel the Difference Food Challenge

The 6 week challenge starts Monday Sept. 11. The focus will be on making changes to your nutrition and lifestyle that help you feel (and look) better, but most important, changes you can adopt long term. 

There will also be meetings/classes scheduled through out the challenge to help you stay motivated and accountable.
