The button above is also how we’d like ALL of our current members to check in with us 3-4 times per year. By booking an appointment through this link you’re setting up a 15-20 min chat with one of your coaches designed to help us check in with all of you. This time can be used to see if you’re happy with how you’re progressing and to make sure you’re getting what you’re hoping for out of your time with us.
