So a new Open workout has been announced and some of us died a little inside at the reveal of the Bar Muscle Up (16 of them!) or maybe the chin-over-the-bar scale had you tossing up your hands in defeat. Before you hit send on that hate mail to Dave Castro, this is going to be a challenging workout either way, so if you can do it RX’d get as far into that WOD as you can. You might get your first Toes-to-bar. Or you can try to go fast and furious through the workout scaled. If you have never done a pull– we’ll talk. The best thing you can do for yourself going into this workout is focusing on all the things you can do during this workout and do them as fast as you can.
