Back by popular demand! Starting January 5th, Calvin will be offering a 6-week course designed to improve your speed, power, explosiveness, and conditioning with a variety of exercises and drills not often performed in class. This time around, classes will be 45 minutes long and there will be two different class times offered, Fridays at 5 pm and Saturdays at 10 am.
