As most of you know by now I love finding YouTube videos of the workouts we’re doing and posting them on our blog.
What you may NOT know is that I love it even more when those videos are from some far away land, where our only common language is CrossFit.
It’s still so amazing to me that people, literally all over the world, share in our passion for fitness, for empowerment and self improvement. It’s a wonderful thing.
