Run 5,000 meters

As most of you know, last weekend Amy, Calvin and I went through the CrossFit Powerlifting course. It was an incredibly densely packed, informative, interesting weekend. 

While I can’t tell you all exactly how things will be affected at our gym as a result I can say that we’re taking a hard look at the way we do things and looking for ways to improve the quality of the product we put out and thereby the level of fitness you’ll be able to attain. 

Buckle up guys, we’ll be bringing all the gainz soon.
