Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 burpee pullovers
60 seconds of handstand hold
Since we’re hosting the Powerlifting Seminar this weekend there won’t be Saturday classes or Sunday Open gym.
BUT that doesn’t mean you can’t get a workout in anyway.
If you don’t have access to a pull up bar don’t worry, just do the burpees without the pull over and move on to the squats.
It’s a 20 minute AMRAP so keep moving for the whole time as best as possible. To be honest, I’m not too concerned with you smashing the 10 burpees every round (if you’re not doing the pull over) since the full version would have taken much longer to complete (1 burpee pull over takes much longer than 1 burpee).
We won’t worry about scaling the squats, just do 30 of them.
As far as the handstand hold goes, if you can do them freestanding that’s awesome, go ahead and do that. If not find yourself a wall and kick on up. If a handstand against a wall isn’t going to happen try a wall climb (face away from the wall in a push up position, lift your legs up the wall and climb it by walking your hands towards the wall), and get as high as you feel comfortable then hold that for 60 seconds.
