Today’s workout introduces yet another movement in the extension series, the Hip & Back extension. Pay close attention here as it is a combination of the Hip extension (our usual standard) which features a rigid spine and the Back extension which features a rounding out of the back.
It’s absolutely a more advanced movement which requires a good amount of not only strength through the torso but also awareness as one moves through the top and bottom to the various end ranges of motion.
