Clean and Jerk

We post this video pretty much every time we program this WOD but it is always worth watching at least once. On the clean, notice how high the bar is pulled (not much higher than waist level) and pay special attention to Chad’s feet as he pulls himself under the bar. On the jerk, watch the dip and drive and how upright his chest stays.
