Jackie was the opening workout for the Individual competition during the 2013 CrossFit Regionals and it was an exciting one to watch.

While we don’t expect these sort of times out of you keep in mind that the stimulus is what we’re looking for. You’re going to row pretty hard, do a handful of light thrusters and then get to work on your pull ups. Then TIME!
